2021 Annual Meeting

ANNOUNCING 2021 ANNUAL MEETING … AND MORE!

Saturday, October 9
Trapp Family Lodge, Stowe, VT

We are ready to see you all again at our first in-person gathering since March 2020 that promises to be a fun-filled and celebratory day! As the title says, it’s our 2021 Annual Meeting …. And MORE!

With a full day of adventure, we invite to attend all or any part of our event. Please use the form below to register for the annual meeting. The reception is free and open to all who wish to attend. Please help us to plan by letting us know when we’ll see you. Bring along your stories and smiles as we take this opportunity to remember and honor our past leader.

Note we will follow all Covid protocols in place at time of annual meeting. All attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination or proof of Negative Covid test within 3 days of the event. Unless otherwise mandated by the State, masks for outdoor and open-air tent events are encouraged but not required.

Tribute to Put Blodgett

VWA will be celebrating Put Blodgett, our long-time leader who passed away in March 2020, with a reception at the VWA Annual Meeting, following a day filled with Woods Walks, good food, great speakers, and loads of long-awaited camaraderie. At 4 pm, we will kick off the reception and “open the mic.” But we want you all to have an opportunity to share your memories and anecdotes even if you’re “mic phobic” or cannot attend. Here’s how: send us a photo with your memory message in a caption, a written remembrance, or a brief video to share your story with us. We’ll compile all of your submissions into a slide show that we can show during the event, post on our website, and save in the VWA archives of wonderful memories. Send your submissions to Kathleen or info@vermontwoodlands.org.
