This is a single-day course that covers the basic initial safety training for mechanical logging as well as new hazards that exist and how to address them. Participants will gain practical knowledge of the hazards of logging and the ways hazards can be mitigated. They will also learn what is expected of the employer and employees on the jobsite and in the office.
