Appropriately, social distancing has resulted in the cancellation of many continuing educational opportunities. Forester licenses are up for renewal in September, and this has many foresters wondering where to get the additional credits they’ll need.

License Renewal Extensions: To mitigate the challenge this creates for foresters and other licensed professionals, the Office of Professional Regulation will allow a continuing education renewal extension of up to 180 days by request. The related policy and process is available on OPR’s COVID-19 page.

CEUs:  There are a few opportunities to get CEU credits online.
