A lively, eclectic celebration of Vermont’s working lands, nature and rural communities. Vermont Almanac: Stories Told From & For the Land is an evening of readings by 10 of the many dozens of authors featured in the recently published Vermont Almanac, Vol. II. The evening will also feature live music by Turnip Truck. An extensive farmers’ market with vendors, who will supply food, drink, and numerous artful items from across the state, will be held in the Upper Gallery of Chandler starting at 6:30 p.m. and continuing throughout the evening. Tickets can be reserved online at chandler-arts.org. Masks are welcome, but not required.
